If your motherboard support uefi plus legacy then you can install two different os separately one is uefi os boot manager and one is legacy,if you want to install in uefi(gpt) mode only then create a bootable drive with rufus in fat32 or ntfs format but when create ntfs bootable drive secure boot must be disabled in bios in order to boot from that drive unless your drive not shown in boot option(you can enable secure boot later for better security), when legacy support enabled in bios you can't able to enable secure boot in legacy mode but your previous bootable drive also work(uefi) and if you create another bootable drive using Rufus with mbr(support bios or uefi both)partition scheme in boot option you will get both uefi and legacy option for the same bootable drive.you can enable disable usb boot, cdrom boot from bios setup.

In bios setup in uefi or legacy boot section use f5 or f6 key to change boot priority or make one option up or down, the first option will be the selected boot device.
