@AV6

What OS version are you running, Win10?

So basically, you are able to login, but after you enter your password, the blue "donught" starts rotating and it never stops, that is, you never get to a desktop?

We can proceed when you provide the information.
Thanks

yes, I’m able to login. After I’ve entered my password it takes a while but I get acces to my desktop. Eventhough, my taskbar is not complete and when I navigate to the  taskbar I can not click anywhere. The white serie immediatly charges in the blue ‘donught’.

thx for tour effort, and I’m sorry for the mistakes I might write😊. I live in Belgium, not a native speaker

@WAWood and I’m not sure but I think it runs on Win10. Its a new laptop, installed by work but I work from home, so No ICT services😊

OK, understand and, unfortunately, there may not be anything YOU can do.

Let me explain ...

Ordinarily, if it were YOUR PC, i would recommend you download and create Win10 installation media on a USB stick and then, doing something known as a Repair-Install, you would basically reload Win10 over the top of itself.  This would refresh Win10 while, at the same time, leaving your data, settings, and apps intact.

Problem is, if this is a PC furnished by your work, it is THEIR PC, and THEY need to do this. I don't even know you you CAN do it, as all work-issued laptops I have used were locked up to prevent just this sort of stuff.

IF it were mine, I would contact the work folks, complain bitterly about the PC they furnished me, and demand that they provide me a replacement -- one that works.
