Product: hp-15bs289wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have downloaded the Create Windows 10 installation media and have done everything is says, I even have a 32gb usb drive, but it keeps on going to my c drive.  It does not even give me the option to put it on my usb (e:).  What can I do?

If you're saying the Media Creation Tool will not allow you to create Win10 media, then you need to at least provide us the exact error messages you are getting -- because this is what it is designed to do.
