I am not able to downlad restore image for HP EliteBook 840 G3 and wen I put my Product ID the tool is telling me not valid productid. but it's the product id i found at the back. please assist me to download the restore image for my hp.

HP business laptops need to use HP Cloud Recovery Client for the system recovery.

The link below indicates your EliteBook 840 G3 supports the recovery client.

You can download the recovery client app from this link.
