This is the driver that should work for the Intel 10 gen core processors that I zipped up and attached below:
If that doesn't work either and if your notebook came with Windows from HP and not FreeDOS, it should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.
HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Store Apps
Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter the notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

I tried to enter the Product ID in link : https://d34z73bbtpzgej.cloudfront.net/ , it told me that it is not available, contact support, I don't see it, what should I do?

What is the full model number and full product number (including the #XXX) after the product number) of your notebook?
Use this guide to find that information:

In this case I have no access with the command because the PC gave a glass screen that's the reason I want to format it but I can't format it I find some info in the bios here it is: Serial number: 5CD0211TQ1 And UUID: 3044433531325431315431324435

The model number you posted is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, using the following product number.
192L0UA#ABA
Cloud Recovery (d34z73bbtpzgej.cloudfront.net)
The tool is kind of tricky when you have to enter the product number using another PC.
Copy and paste the product number into the tool's search window and don't click off of it.
Just press the enter key as soon as you paste it in the search window and it should accept the product number and allow you to proceed.

The cloud recovery tool is supposed to work on PCs with W7 64 bit or newer.
You will need to use a PC that the tool will run on.
I had also posted the storage controller drivers to clean install W11.
If those drivers didn't work, and they should have, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
