can’t log in

Hi i was using my laptop and i received an error message(blue screen) stating that something was wrong and the laptop shut off restarted but now i cannot get past the log in page, i don’t even have the option to put in my pssword.

• Are you using Win 10?
• What do you see on the screen?

For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Computer Does Not Start
