In Windows, even though your profile might be named (for example) "bob", the ACTUAL name is a long series of characters that only Windows knows about. Windows will prevent you from opening files in any other profile, even if you can figure out the profile you want.
We are unable to help you from here because we have no way of verifying your access to the PC, as anyone can login here and claim to be you.
Your only recourse at this point is to take this computer to a local computer repair place as they will be able to verify your identity and may be able to get you access to the other profile folders.
