HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy x2

I have an HP envy running windows 8.1 64 bit.  I want to restore the factory settings so I can sell but every time I run that option I get the message "Reset your PC Insert your Windows installation or recovery media to continue.

I don't have either of those as it came loaded with that and I don't have any recovery media.  I have followed all suggestions such as put in a blank USB, etc., but always the same and I cannot wipe it clean.. 

Also have no realtek audio installed and cannot get that done either
