My HP Pavillion START icon on toolbar is not working, I cannot use the START button on the keyboard. Laptop is slow, gets frozen randomly, takes a long time to turn on and shut down. I have tried to upgrade the system, restart my laptop, delete old files, even the command prompt sfc/scannow. But after all, laptop only runs faster a little bit but still gets frozen randomly and cannot use the START icon. Do anyone know how to fix these issues? Please help me
