cant boot drive from Efi file or notebook file explore blue screen

Boot not found Can’t hard reset by pressing power button. Tried to switch legacy settings and secure reboot both ways still didn’t work and when I try to use the notebook hard drive it goes to the press any key screen and the editing file takes me to a blank file explorer screen

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

Try these steps to test the Hard Drive - 

1) Shutdown the computer. 
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears. 
3) Press F2 once. 
4) Go to Component test. 
5) From the list, run the Hard Drive (extensive) test. 

If the test passes, try installing the operating system using the Media Creation Tool - Create Windows 10 installation media
