hey,after updating windows for a few days i cant seem to download anything from hp website,i tried to download some latest drivers and also the support assistant,but download is failing everytime,i tried open the download link in a new tab,it seems ftp.hp.com is blocked by some firewall .Few months back it seemed to download easily anything from hp site.i think latest windows 10 21h1 update is causing the issue.i tried contacting the technition from my seller,he is also mentioning it due to latest windows update.please guide me through,i want to download the latest bios driver,touchpad driver,hp support assistant.

I don't use ftp directly, but I tried the link you posted -- and it redirects to another site -- which is blocked.
