You're going to have to use another Windows PC and download W10 from there.

Download Windows 10

It would be no different than if the hard drive failed and you had to install a new one.

A new hard drive has no partitions on it either.

You're very welcome.

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

Product  number is 1A891ua

Serial number is 5CG0487DC6

Your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support

You can download the software from the Microsoft store:

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

Since you have to use the software on another Windows PC as yours is not working, you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

Your notebook's product number is 1A491UA#ABA

You made a typo on the 1A891UA product number.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you.

AMD notebooks don't need drivers and the HP cloud recovery tool should have worked with no problem.

I suggest you take the notebook to your local PC repair shop and have the reinstall Windows for you.

You're very welcome.

My advice would be to get a 32 GB USB flash drive.

You already tried clean installing W10 on your notebook and that didn't work and no one can help you with that.
