recently i realized that my microsoft store was gone an i saw a video on how to reinstall it but i needed other apps tha were already supposted to be installed but wernt so i decied i wanted to factory reset the computer but it keeps saying " couldnt find recovry enviorment " so now i have no clue what to do, can someone help me please?

I have no idea what you mean by "memory wipe" the computer. If you are saying a factory reset, that can't be done because the Stream model has insufficient disk space to hold the working files needed to do that.
