hello,
I want to change my switchable graphics mode to fixed but when i go into my BIOS i cant find the option ....... so i downloaded the latest BIOS update availible for my laptop and i still can find the option
i hope anyone can help me solve this issue i have hp pavilion 15-088se notebook and iam running windows 8

Hi:
Your notebook has dynamic switchable graphics only (the PC automatically decides which gpu to use based on the load placed on the gpu).
There is no fixed graphics mode in your model.

Since I don't have a notebook with switchable graphics, I do not have any first hand experience for what things you can try to do.
But, here is a HP support document that explains how the AMD/Intel switchable graphics works. Read the dynamic mode section.
