Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1043dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

83 yeqr old grandmother was using her laptop ok 6 weeks ago and picked up  few days later and it started asking for a new pin number and we cant get past the process - it was registered by another family member and we dont know any of the email or phone numbers it want to use to send new authorization..  tried all of MS methods to recover and they dont work, sent the info to Microsoft support and have not received any help... we want to save the videos and pictures on the HD. 

Any ideas how to by pass the auto load process to this screen that locks up the computer except to "reset your pin"
