I have a HP notebook from 2013, and I was able to install Vista on it as well as Windows 7.

I have W11 running on it now even though it does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.

With legacy mode enabled and secure boot disabled in the BIOS, if you are getting that message, you won't be able to go any further.

The PC is way too new to support either OS.

You wouldn't find any drivers for the major components that would work on W7 or Windows Vista either.
