I can't transfer files from documents to picture files without this message....can anyone help? Hmmm...can’t reach this page

Are you referring to the usage of Microsoft edge? did you try using an alternate browser? Perhaps, chrome or the Mozilla Firefox would help!

If you wish to continue using edge, you may want to try the below steps:

Let's troubleshoot Microsoft Edge by running Windows Apps Troubleshooter. After that, reset Microsoft Edge by going to the Settings of the browser.

Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear, then select Show More. Select all and click Clear. Restart your computer.
