I am experiencing the same issue. I already tried the steps mentioned in the previous posts. The exact same keys are broken as mentioned in the other posts. Can you please help me as well with this? An alternate keyboard does work fine.

Hi, so I ended up calling HP themselves and asked them to fix it. I still had my warranty, so they shipped out the box with a package label. I put the laptop in it and just gave it to the local UPS. They fixed it then sent it back. 😊
