ik heb een verzoek ingediend over garantie en een heuse case number gekregen. Daarna blijft het stil en kun je nooit meer contact krijgen. Antwoord krijg ik ook niet. Als er een HP medewerker meekijkt: case number [Personal Information Removed]Ik krijg graag antwoord en zoniet, hef dan al die toeters en bellen gewoon op en zeg eerlijk dat je de klant niet serieus neemt
