Product: probook s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
hi, i've installed a new hard dive in my probook S, when i try to install Windows 7, setup gets to 'expanding files' and then returns
'cd/dvd driver missing' (the BIOS does not have system recovery). I am bewildered by this, the system can clearly boot from the dvd drive so there must be a driver installed - any ideas?

Hi:
There are only a handful of errors in the W7 installation program.
Usually when you get that error, there is a problem with the installation media.
If you made the installation DVD yourself, it could be either an incomplete ISO file or a bad burn of the DVD.
