Product: laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i charge my laptop and its OFF the light indicator is on and its indication are normal which means normal but when i turn it on thats the time the laptops charging short of my laptop wont charge if its off but its start charging when its on its weird but its my real problem
