Product: 15-ay039wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Am unable to run chkdsk /f /r /x . On reboot I get the scan countdown then instead of scanning, it restarts to windows 10. the product number is X0H85UA#ABA. I have run Malwarebytes, Spybot, and Avast antivirus. No malware found.

Are you running it from an elevated command prompt-by right clicking command, choosing run as Admin? Try chkdsk C: /f /r /x
