hey i have no opetion of sim card in my laptop. but i have sim slot

By itself the SIM card is not useful.

SIM card - when activated by your mobile provider - allows you to connect to that provider's network.

You need the more expensive hardware WWAN module hardware installed in the computer.

Lots of computers come with a SIM card slot --

Not all computers come with the optional WWAN module.

If your Device Manager does not list the WWAN module, your computer does not have the WWAN hardware installed.
