I need clean reinstall win 11 Pro which keeps failing using usb drive. Win 11 Pro was purchased from Microsoft and they could not complete reinstall I am willing to pay charge AFTER it is installed or pay per incident basis

The computer starts and keeps asking for another user and password. It will not take my account id and password

That must be windows. You have to boot into usb by setting it's priority to first
