ZBook 15 G1, F0U65EA#AK8
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently purchased a used ZBook 15 G1. It had a 250GB SATA-3 SSD mounted in the HDD slot and a 750 HDD in the DVD slot but nothing in the mSATA slot. The SSD has Win 10 Pro and was "C", the empty HDD, "D". As I want to use the included but not installed DVD player I decided to install an mSATA SSD in the unused slot and use it as "C". Found a slightly used 500GB one and discovered that it had Win 10 home newly installed on it so I removed the SSD and moved the HDD from the DVD frame into the HDD slot and installed the mSATA SSD in its slot without any transfer of anything between the two SSDs. I want to move the all the info on the mSATA to the as yet unused HDD so i have a back-up of everything and transfer the contents on the 250 GB SSD (now mounted in the DVD frame) over to the mSATA SSD so that i will have the Win 10 Pro OS as I originally had when I purchased the ZBook but my lack of computer skills prevents me from taking the necessary steps to achieve what I want to do. I also have several old laptops that have files I want to move to the ZBook. I have tried moving some using USB flash drives but some items such as favorites and e-mails and the saved web authorization info  I have no clue as to how to transfer from one laptop to another. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@mr-snakeman

The best app I have used for "cloning" OSs is Macrium Reflect -- which is available for free -- and instructions are linked below ...

What I recommend is the following:
1) Download and install Macrium Reflect (MR) from here: https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree
2) Connect the new drive to the PC
3) Follow the instructions in this link: http://knowledgebase.macrium.com/display/KNOW/Cloning+a+disk
4) Shutdown the PC when done
5) Swap the drives and reboot the PC.

NOTE: To do this easily, the SDD has to be the same capacity as the HDD.  IF you get an SDD that is a lot smaller, then before you do the cloning, you have to shrink the largest partition on the HDD (usually the OS partition), to the size such that it, and the other partitions, fit easily on the SSD.

Thanks for the tip, but what I want to do is to clone the Win 10 home OS and all files, etc.now on the 500GB mSATA SSD, a Samsung 860EVO over to the 750 GB HDD which will then be used as a reserve and storage space for long text files, etc.  so that I can then clone everything from the original SSD, a 256 SATA-3 HP model#: MTFDDAK256MAM-1K12 and now mounted in a DVD/HDD SATA frame, which contains the Win 10 pro OS that I want to use as my primary OS onto the mSATA SSD and then remove the 256 SSD so I will then have the 860 as "C" with the Win 10 pro OS and the HDD as "D" and backup and the DVD player then back in its slot. I also still need help with my other problem and that is how to move the info in the Authentification Manager (Is that the right term? My OS is in Swedish and the term is called "Autentiseringshanteraren", I can´t find any multi-lingual translation keys for the Win terminology-if one exists, please do tell!) and my favorites and e-mails from one laptop to another without  having to clone everything as I have a couple of old laptops that need to be retired but still have this info that I want to save onto the ZBook. I can´t find any way to mark these files/this information or copy them/it onto a usb flash drive (or anything, for that matter) as I can with regular files. I really need help with this, it is driving me bonkers not being able to figure it out.
