Your notebook's product number, 5PC90PA#ACJ, is not supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

I have noticed in the last few months that HP seems to be removing cloud recovery tool support for notebooks 5 years or older.

That leaves you with the only option of clean installing W10 or W11 by making bootable installation media with the Media creation tool from the links below:

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

After W10/W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Note that HP does not have W11 drivers available for your notebook.

Thank you for your reply. I have already downloaded the HP Cloud Recovery Tool, but the software is not accepting my Product ID and is showing it as invalid. Is there an alternative way to install Windows?

Yes, it is because you can't even buy recovery media for your notebook from HP.
