como puedo solicitar un HP SpareKey USB REcovery Key

Hola, Mi problema es que me olvide la contraseña que puse en la Bios y ahora me pide HP SpareKey USB Recovery Key para poder solucionar el problema, pedi ayuda al soporte de HP y me dijeron que me Contacte con Miscrosoft y no entendi esa parte ya que solo quiero saber como se consigue el UBS recovery Key para restaurar mi contraseña, en serio necesito la ayuda por que no puedo entrar al menu de arraque y mi laptop me pide reinstalar el Sistema Operativo
