my product id is 169P5PA#ACJ 
I'm using my product id in hp cloud recovery tool and it's showing invalid

The reason the cloud recovery tool returns an Item0015 is because HP withdraws support for the cloud recovery tool when the PC reaches 5 years of age.

 

Your only option to reinstall Windows would be to make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool for W10/W11 at the links below.

 

Download Windows 10

 

Download Windows 11

 

After Windows has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
