Hp OMEN 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had this laptop for almost a year now until recently it cut through anything and everything i throw at it like butter. my laptop is all up to date security is working and fine and now i have ....a gaming laptop that cant play a single game cant browse the internet and cant even search the internet for ideas on how to fix it. I am really consitering taking this thing out to the shooting range with me next week and i will unless you all have some ideas. I just kinda figgured 12 gb  of ram should be able to run a single window on the internet. Also today all of my usb ports stopped working so no mouse ontop of it not working right. Taking this thing to the shooting range is looking like a favorable option atm.

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and run the tests.

 Time for warranty service maybe:

Thanks for the ideas I ended up resetting the laptop and it fixed whatever issue there was probably something simple. Works pretty good now not as fast but it's usable

Glad the reset worked for now. I always hesitate to mention doing that because many people get upset and ask is there never any helpful advice other than a reset.
