HP Spectre 360 error message “Boot device not found, Hard Disk 3FO, F2 System Diagnostics” I went through these steps https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06101701 and http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06145081.pdf to find that my computer does not have Intel Optane memory. I am not sure what to do from here [personal information removed] Product number: 1WU65AV

Hi:
According to the parts list for your notebook, it comes with a NVMe SSD of one of the storage sizes listed.
No Optane memory drives were offered for your product number, so you are correct. No Optane.
The first thing I would try would be run the F2 system diagnostics hard drive test and see what it reports.
If you get a 24 character failure ID code, please post the code and we will go from there.
If the drive passes the test, then see if you can reinstall W10 by making a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
