Hi @Sree7757

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

  1. Check Task Manager for high CPU or Memory usage. End unnecessary tasks.
  2. Restart your laptop to reset any stuck processes.
  3. Disable Startup Programs via Task Manager > Startup tab to speed up boot time.
  4. Run a full malware scan using Windows Defender or Malwarebytes.
  5. Check for Windows Updates and install them.
  6. Free up disk space by running Disk Cleanup.
  7. Run a disk check (Command Prompt: chkdsk C: /f /r).
  8. Check for overheating (clean vents, use cooling pad).
  9. Use System Restore to go back to a previous working state.
  10. Upgrade hardware (more RAM or switch to an SSD) if performance is still poor.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
