Hi,

If you click on Start and then on the Account icon you should see list of other accounts on the PC. If you click on one of them you can then login to that account.

OK, Steve. In that case, you will need to reinstall the OS on the PC. You can create a bootable pendrive with OS on it directly from Microsoft (explanation on the Microsoft page)

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

You can then use this drive to reinstall Windows on the PC. You do not need a product key. The Pc will automatically activate once connected to the internet.

I tried to run the  MediaCreationTool1809 but my computer won't let me

You will need to create the drive on a different PC where you can use an administrator account (to run media creation tool) and then use the drive on your PC for clean installation.

I downloaded windows 10 and tried to run it from the flash drive my computer won't let run it. can uninstall and go back to windows 7

I've tried your'e suggestions but nothing is working it takes me to a screen where it asks for my administrator password i type it in and my says it's incorrect ??
