HP Recommended
Product: HP 14s-fq0000 Laptop PC (9VN14AV)

purchased the computer last week. Followed instructions when turning it on.  After initial set up process, the computer will run with the fan going constant and then just shuts down after a minute of being turned on.

 

The battery is fully charged and i have the computer raised so it will not overheat. 

 

Any suggestions why it turns off?
