computer will not restore to previous restore file and computer will not reset

If the PC will not reset, you can clean install W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive using another PC and the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).

 

Download Windows 11

 

After W11 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
