Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I recently have problem with my operating system, windows 10 home 64 bit, system was corrupted, tried to use HP recovery program , didint work, looks like the recovery partition was affected as well. So the only option for me was to reinstall the windows 10 .  I already backed up my documents and files so luckily I ddidnt loose those files, however I lost all the preinstalled softwares.  I used another laptop to create windows 10 bootable disk from windows media creation tool and install fresh windows 10 and then reinstall all the softwares again and copy the backup files to the new restore system.

I want to avoid all these things for future.

I want to do 02 things:

- To create a revovery disk for my specific computer to restore to its original settings.

- To create a full system image so in case if i have to restore the system it will recover the full

image and i dont have to install all my softwares again,

Please advise what is the best way to achieve these 02 goals.  any instructions or link to follow correct steps.

thanks

TK

There is no way to create Recovery Discs since wiping out the original Windows and Recovery partition. However you can order them from HP. Actually, creating a System Image would replace the need for recovery discs-unless you wanted to restore it to pass on to someone else. Macrium Reflect Free is a great tool for system imaging that I use.  EaseUS ToDo is also good.
