Product: HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-dv2000 (4Z018AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to create a recovery file on a usb. I get as far as allowing these changes. Then it says there was an error with creating  it. It's a brand new usb 2.0 128 gb onn. I'm not very techy so please help in simple language, please. 😊

Please click on this link to perform a recovery on your Laptop.  (Take a backup of the data before performing a recovery)
