I bought a mini laptop hp from someone and it goes to black screen saying enter current password but the ones that some people told me to put in some of the letters and numbers won't go on like it won't key in so I'm at a loss and the person I bought it from won't return my calls

Enter   e9lov3p1ed

3rd letter lowercase L

4th letter lowercase O

Use that code to go into the BIOS.

Disable all passwords that are enabled.

If asked for the CURRENT password use that code.

If asked for NEW password just hit enter.

If asked to VERIFY password just hit enter.

Save and exit.

Some of the keys won't let me use them on the password like a 4 or v what's that all about

Try using a USB keyboard. "QWERTY keyboards only."

Ok I got into where it says windows 7 starter and (user Debbie) with password how do I over ride that password to get into the computer
