I have reinstalled my os (windows 10), but my all files lost. I had importsant files saved in desktop. Iwant to recover those.

Unless you have a backup, it may be too late to recover.

 

If you have critical files that are difficult to re-produce (like a PHD thesis a day before it is due) then you need to do the following and it is probably too late

1. Pull C-drive out of system

2. Put disk in USB adapter and connector to another computer.

3. Download and install File Scavenger (I have 5.3 possibly newer and other apps are available)   You can get the trial version.

Do a long scan of the drive and look for your items.  If you see them and the probability is "good" then purchase the licensed version.  If the probability is unknown or not good then it is still worth while to try.
