I cannot delete certain folders ---  they reappear the next time I open the location.

e.g. folder Custom Office Templates

The software will just keep re-creating them. But  when "Custom Office Templates" shows up in your Documents, right click on it, and choose Properties. Click on "Hidden" and and it no longer shows.

This forum provides support related to HP products or products from HP partners . Your post says you use DELL - please, get in touch with DELL support or Microsoft support.

 

These files are part of Microsoft office - as long as you uninstall it, the files will be gone - but I guess you need MS Office, so the files should stay.
