I deleted the https-link opener app, but i can't remember which app it was. Now i have a white block on my screen and it won't go away.

The app that opens those files is a Web Browser and the one that comes preloaded on current Win10 laptops is the New chromium-based Edge.  You should be able to get it from here:  Download Microsoft Edge Browser | Microsoft
