Hello, @cornietheenthus - Greetings!
Thanks for reaching out! I'd like to help 🙂
I see that you are trying to delete idmshellExt.dll. To assist you with this issue, I'd like to know the following details:
1) What is the product number or model number of your HP product? If unsure, please check: http://hp.care/2oPCMBG
2) What is the operating system on your PC?
Also, this file is generally associated with the trojan programs. Did you try to run an antivirus program on your PC? If not, try to run an antivirus program and check.
Let me know how that goes!
Cheers 🙂
