Buenas noches.
mi notebook funcionaba normal hasta que un día se apagó mientras lo usaba. al intentar prenderlo me manda a la pantalla de “HP PC hardware Diagnostics UEFI”. en esta pantalla intenté ver “Comprobación de disco rígido”, al poner cualquiera de las opciones que aparecen, me dice; “no hay unidades de disco duro instaladas
no sé mucho de esto, por eso escribo, ojalá puedan darme alguna forma de solucionar este problema.
