Buenas tardes, por favor, necesito descargar un archivo ISO para iniciar la instalacion de PC Notebook HP Stream 13-c002dx desde cero, ya no sirve la particion de recuperacion de sistema operativo windows 8.1 o Windows 10. mi equipo ya no esta en garantia y tiene solo 32 Gb de capacidad.

You can download W8.1 64-bit ISO file from the link below.

Select the plain W8.1 version.

Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable, or you can use the free Rufus utility to do this.

After W8.1 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
