I am trying to use an emulator and have no idea how to enable virtualization on the laptop. I have a Compaq Presario CQ57. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Hi:
According to the specs from Intel, the B800 supports VT.
Normally the enable VT setting can be found in the BIOS's security menu, but check all of the various BIOS menus.
If you can't find it, then the BIOS doesn't allow for VT.

Depending on how old the model there are two ways to get access to the BIOS...So one of these two methods should work.
Older models...turn on the PC, immediately tap the F10 key to get into the BIOS setup.
Newer models...turn on the PC, immediately tap the ESC key to get a menu of options and from that, select the F10 setup option and press the enter key.
