Hi, @EdsonSV

Yes, you can do that.

The W11 product key works on W10 and visa versa.

You can clean install W10 with the Microsoft media creation tool.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

There is no official guidance from Microsoft on this.

Downgrade From Win11 Pro OEM - Microsoft Community

You should be able to.

Driver - HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC | HP® Customer Support

HP Business PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Client in Windows 11 and Windows 10 | HP® Customer Sup...

In any event if that doesn't work you can clean install W10.

There should be an option to select a W11 or W10 recovery after you launch the media.
