Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cp0000 (2Q7W9AV)

I want to download HP Cloud Recovery Tool Windows 10 for my 64-bit HP SER # [personal information removed for user security]. Purpose:rebuild MBR. I do NOT want to use the Microsoft store. That attempt locks up Firefox. I have a HP Win 7 machine to download to & create a bootable USB.
