What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?
To find the product number for your PC, click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.
Type: System Information
The System information app should show up.
Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

The product number is not a serial number.
Without the product number the only suggestion I can offer would be to go to your notebook's support page, download and install the Intel Integrated Sensor Solution driver.
There are hundreds of different model HP Spectre notebooks and I don't have the time to figure out which model you have.
