As per error message instructions  I need to download a BIOS  onto an external hardrive to use in  restoring it to non-bootable computer

I see that you are facing issues with recovering the BIOS on your HP 17.3 Inch Laptop PC 17-C0000 IDS Base Model.

 

You may need to follow the steps from this document to resolve this issue.(Click on the word document to open the web page).

 

Note: Please follow the steps under step 3 "Recover the BIOS using a USB recovery drive".
