Last 10 days back I brought hp laptop 15s-eq2334au. It comes with Windows 10 . but yesterday I manually download win 11 (hp cloud rrecovery tool) and upgrade it from win10 to win 11. Now win 11 is totally different and very difficult to work with our daily work. So again try to download windows 10 through hp cloud recovry tool , but unfortunately it shows again win 11 not win 10. I also try to get help from hp customer support service through email (south asian region). But nobody reply to my email from hp customer support service. Now how I can download hp win 10 ?.
Note: anyone in U.S hp customer support service please please help me to download win 10 for my laptop. I would like to use only win 10 from hp not for other win 10 (3rd party win 10).

I need to know for what purpose to use hp cloud recovery tool? If hp cloud recovery doesn't have the original factory os file the how we recover the factory os file for our need?.
I tell you in my life I NEVER EVER USE THE HP LAPTOP i never recommend to others also.
Note: not only hp customer service even all the drivers are outdated and even they didn't support for win 11 also (our laptop are heat up quickly also). If i go to hp driver support page there somany bios version and all bios are with same date and even intel drivers are available for amd cpu. All drivers are like a mixed fruit juice.
My hp laptop model is 15s-eq2320nd please see the link below for laptop spec.

Microsoft provides a 10-day period where you can revert to Windows 10. For some models, the Windows 10 image is still available in Cloud Recovery after 10 days: HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
If only Windows 11 is available via Cloud Recovery then you may need to contact HP to order an SSRD. This link may help to provide more information: HP Consumer PCs - Obtaining PC recovery USB drives or discs | HP® Customer Support

Please give me a valid link. I need to download hp win 10 through hp cloud recovery tool not to order anything. I have a internet facility at working place. Please give a solution.

If it has been more than 10 days since you installed Windows 11, then the HP Cloud Recovery Tool may not work for you. As a result, you would need to contact HP Customer Support to request Windows 10 recovery media be sent to you.
If the link above does not work, please go to www.hp.com/support and select the option to Contact an HP Agent for Support. They will be able to help you order the recovery media.
