If you are having problems downloading from the Windows Store try a repair of windows files using the system file checker
This third party site explains how to use DISM and SFC to repair your windows system.
If SFC reports it cannot fix the problem then do the DISM.
How to use SFC or DISM to repair Windows
You may want to bring up the latest version by running WSRESET from the Windows search bar.
